What are the delivery times?

Delivery Times:
Mail is sent on Monday, Wednesday & Friday after 4pm.
Delivery goes out on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 4pm – 9pm.
How can I place an order?
The closest dispensary just got a whole lot closer — here’s the lowdown on how Elyvate Delivery works:
- Browse the Menu
Head over to our menu and click any item to view more product details. - Add Items to Cart
Click the Add to Cart button on the detail screen. If the item comes in different sizes or weights, choose the option that works for you. - Review Your Order
Before checkout, you can review your order, update quantities, or remove items completely. - Provide Your Info / Checkout
You’ll need to provide your name, phone number, and delivery address. If this is your first order, you will need to register first. First-time customers must provide proof of age (19+) by submitting a photo of a valid photo ID and a selfie holding that ID for verification. Once verified, you’ll be able to order online. We currently accept cash and e-transfer. Cash payments receive 5% off any non-sale items. - Receive Your Delivery
Kick back and relax — your delivery will be arriving shortly. We’re usually able to make it in under 60 minutes, but delivery time may vary depending on location and traffic. Please be prepared to meet your driver at their vehicle. We’ll keep you updated on your ETA.
What happens if I miss my delivery time?
If you miss your delivery window, you will simply be moved to the following window and your product will be delivered promptly with updates.
